Most people starting out have a lot on their minds. They are perpetually thinking about their next steps. I want to calm my brain, so i tried mindfulness today.
I breathed in and out very very very sloooooooowly for 26 times.
Then I took a piece of mint, and put it onto my tongue. Focusing on nothing, but the taste of the mint, until it dissolves.
